At the entrance to the magnificent 13th-century bastide town, close to the two bridges that the town boasts, Éric and Dylan Maucci took over this emblematic stone-and-beam restaurant at the end of 2024. Father and son in the kitchen, and Dylan?s girlfriend Amélie, welcome you with warmth and friendliness to the wood-grilled gustatory pleasures that this restaurant is one of the few to offer in the département. Enjoy delicately barbecued Aubrac meats and Mediterranean fish, accompanied by homemade sauces and seasonal vegetables from nearby market gardens. In winter, inspired by his origins, the Chef will impress your taste buds with an excellent Savoyard fondue or a fabulous raclette, reassuringly typical Alpine dishes to share with family and friends.
