L'Aubrac Café
In the heart of the city, between museums and the cathedral, come and discover the flavors of the land. Inspired by the recipes of our grandmothers, our dishes are made with market and local produce.
Specializing in red meat (Aubrac beef...). Michelin Green Guide since 2013. Gault et Millau Guide. Cuisine based on local products, respecting traditions, in a convivial setting reminiscent of the Aubrac plateaus. We work directly with a local producer of Aubrac cows and a regional veal producer.
Farçous, regional charcuterie, aligot, calf's head, stuffed cabbage, Aubrac meat, pascade and lamb sweetbreads... Generous, hearty plates and homemade desserts.
