A menu made exclusively with organic produce from local farms and market gardeners - that's what Aude and David have in store for your taste buds.
On the bistro side, everything is organic too: you can enjoy a whole range of local beers (including Larzac beer), lemonades from the Gorges de la Jonte, as well as delicious syrups and fruit juices from the farm and farm ice creams.
As for the restaurant, the cuisine is full of flavor, and can be adapted to suit vegetarian or gluten-free diets. You can enjoy farmhouse pork confit in our brewer's brown beer, farmhouse lamb confit in Larzac pastis, a delicious salad meal with farmhouse cheeses or local charcuterie...
This wine bar has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and also boasts an intimate wooden terrace, nestled between old stones and boxwood.
Au 20 is also a wine shop, offering a fine selection of local wines (Terrasses du Larzac in particular) from small, environmentally-friendly estates (organic, biodynamic, natural wines) sold at producer prices. You'll also find a selection of local beers and various spirits.
