Le Rucher du Lévézou - ORGANIC A.B. certified honey is harvested when ripe, respecting the fundamental bio-dynamic cosmic rhythms of certified organic beekeeping. In the honey house, the utmost care is taken to ensure that the honey is unsealed by hand with a knife, is not pasteurized or heated, and is hand-potted on site at the honey house.
Our honey undergoes no processing whatsoever, to preserve its taste, nutritional and therapeutic (especially healing) properties. Gustatively, it has subtle, intense flavors, with fruity notes.
Production of organic berries and fruit, blueberries and raspberries, rhubarb, etc. Depending on the season, you can enjoy them fresh or processed, in jams, syrups and pastries, just like the honey.
