The retreat location
In the heart of a picturesque hamlet, the Gîte de la Viadène offers a peaceful, authentic setting for retreats, conducive to rest and interiority. A dedicated room enables daily yoga and meditation practice in comfortable, serene conditions.
The stay is full-board. Carefully prepared vegetarian meals support physical and energetic balance throughout the retreat, promoting lightness, vitality and inner clarity.
Typical day program
- 6:30 ? 8:00: Sadhana - morning Kundalini yoga practice, meditation and mantra chanting
- 8.15 am: Breakfast
- 11:00 am: Nature walk with BreathWalk tools (conscious walking with guided breathing)
- 1:30 pm: Lunch
- Afternoon: Free time (rest, integration, walks, silence)
- 5:00 pm: Kundalini Yoga, relaxation and energy integration. This session focuses on conscious work on the emotional and psychic levels, supporting global harmonization.
- 7:30pm: Dinner
