As part of our 100% homemade approach, we've created a range of snacks made with fresh, local produce, to be enjoyed on the terrace or easily transported in a backpack.
A wide range of snacks that evolve with the months, reaching their peak in July and August with quiches, fougasses au grattons, pizzas, puff pastries, bell pepper tatin, tomato tatin, Buffalo or Alsatian pies.
Smoked trout hot dogs, fried chicken hot dogs, sausage hot dogs, falafel pomegranate hot dogs and hot dogs with pretzel dough.
We also offer a range of pretzels: the classic au sel, the gratiné emmental lardons, the aveyronnais roquefort noix and the chèvre miel
Meal salads: Mexican chicken salad, Lebanese falafel salad, sunny pasta salad with pesto.
And a wide range of sandwiches with different types of bread, all accompanied by our coffee corner with a small local roaster Cafeto!
In summer, you'll find our ice cream parlour on the Place du Claux, right next to the butcher's shop!
