Restaurant Le Sénéchal

Michel Truchon learnt cooking in his mother's inn, and once his taste was done, he left Sauveterre to travel around the country and compare looks and experiences. And it is only in 1986 that he settles year round in the village and opens his hotel restaurant, previously only seasonal. Curious about the world and others, demanding, perfectionist, he chose the solitary path of a personal training, a taste that evolves, forges itself every day, doubting himself. And the result is a cuisine that is meaningful, original, that goes to the essential and refuses artifice.
