Auberge du Roc

In the heart of the village of Nant, under the charming vaulted halls, L'Auberge du Roc invites you to a gourmet interlude where authenticity and conviviality are the order of the day.

Recently taken over in 2026 by Jonathan and Caroline, this emblematic address has rediscovered a warm, family atmosphere, in a cosy decor combining stone, wood and the spirit of an old-fashioned inn.

In the kitchen, the chef offers generous, traditional cuisine inspired by family recipes and local produce. On the menu: snails, ?ufs en meurette, homemade tripe, crispy shoulder of pork, confit chuck or trout pavé with almonds. Local producers are also featured, with cheeses from the Causses and meats from the surrounding area.

L'Auberge du Roc appeals as much to fans of Aveyron specialities as to visitors in search of an authentic meal after a day on the roads of Larzac and the Cévennes valleys. A simple, sincere and gourmet address, where you can take the time to eat well? just like in the old days.
