Restaurant Umami

Restaurant located on Place Foch, in the shade of the arcades, inside a vaulted room. We can seat 30.

The chef cooks with local produce: the meat comes from northern Aveyron, the fish comes every morning from the Halles Couvertes in Millau, and the vegetables are chosen according to the season and the market.
