A little vineyard for a big pleasure !
Small vineyard on slopes and terraces in the communes of Cransac and Aubin, organically farmed.
The atypical soil (schist and coal naturally present) and the varieties grown give rise to singular wines.
Particular care is taken with the vines and soil to ensure that the grape varieties express themselves to the full.
Red, white (dry) and atypical wines produced under IGP Aveyron and Vin de France.
Grape varieties: Merlot, Mansois, Mouyssaguès and forgotten
