Ferme de Bellevue is a family-run (father/son) organic dairy farm.
We produce AB milk for the SODIAAL cooperative.
We also process some of our own milk into mature cheeses (tommes, bleus, raclette).
We have a small sales room where you can buy and taste our products. Sabine will be delighted to welcome you.
Our products are 100% raw milk, processed and matured on site. The milk is produced with 95% of the feed and minerals produced on the farm, and is 100% of French origin.
The animals are grass-fed, with most of their ration made up of fresh pasture.
The animals graze and sleep outdoors for most of the year, so they may not be visible when you visit.
