Marie, Pierre and Isabelle welcome you to their farm, located 500 m from the town of La Couvertoirade, where you can discover their products and buy their cheeses directly from the farm (no farm visits).
The farm was taken over in 2007, when all the milk was delivered to Roquefort Société. After a few years of operation, they decided to convert their flock of 320 ewes to organic farming and transform part of their production into farmhouse cheese.
You'll be able to taste tomme, Pareil (lactic cheese) and ewe's milk yoghurt.
