L'Authentique: for lovers of traditional Laguiole knives: a range of handcrafted knives made on site, respecting the principles and codes of the famous Laguiole knife: forged bee, full handle or two bolsters and a typical handle, recognizable by its rounded shape.
L'Aérien: Conceived, designed and crafted in his boutique by Fabien Rozelier, its slim, pure lines will enhance your most beautiful tables in its gourmet version, and will never leave your pocket in its companion version.
Le Grand Air: nature and hunting enthusiasts can choose their own model, made entirely to their specifications and exclusively by Fabien Rozelier in his boutique workshop: let your imagination run wild!
Made-to-measure knives: based on a desire, an idea, a memory or a material that's dear to you, Fabien Rozelier will make the knife that's just like you... A precious gift to give or to treat yourself.
Fabien also offers maintenance, reconditioning and sharpening services, as well as workshop visits (by appointment).
