Amieline l'Abeille
Amieline l'Abeille is currently a small apiary with 50 hives. It's a human-scale apiary, with the conviction that everything we do is done with respect for bees and nature. The honey is sweet and flowery. To taste it is to adopt it.
I'm Amieline l'Abeille, a little bee who makes good honey on the Monts du Levezou. My friends and I gather honey from flowers of all seasons, from dandelion to hawthorn, from meadow flowers to heather in summer. Our honey is sweet and much appreciated by children. Depending on the season, it can be liquid or creamy, depending on the flowers. To taste our honey is to adopt it.
Amieline l'Abeille was created by a human being with a deep love of nature. She looks at where we're likely to forage, without chemical treatment. As she says, "I harvest your honey, so I have to make your life easier". Our honey is harvested delicately and gently. It is then extracted without being heated and potted by hand, along with the labeling.
Amieline l'Abeille is a small but growing honey factory, and soon you'll be able to discover nougat and mead made from our honey. And in two years' time, we'll be offering respiratory apitherapy in the heart of this magical place.
