We are delighted to welcome you to our restaurant. Our establishment is the ideal place to enjoy traditional cuisine made from local produce, using the know-how of our local suppliers.
Every lunchtime from Tuesday to Sunday, our menu features fresh, local and seasonal produce, including our Cou Farcis au foie gras, Estofinade, Saucisse / Aligot d'Aubrac, roast Camembert, summer salads and homemade desserts.
For your special events, we offer the possibility of privatizing our space. Whether for celebrations, theme meals, lunch or dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.
From Tuesday to Friday, to accompany our menu, we offer a weekly lunch menu at 18 euros, made with fresh, local and OF produce.
Every winter weekend, we offer a traditional menu featuring our Duck Leg Confit, Veal Head, Tripoux (180g), Veal Sweetbreads, Stuffed Cabbage and more.
Come and discover our restaurant, located opposite our magnificent Soubirane Tower, in our village which has been awarded the title of "Most beautiful village in France".
