Family hotel-restaurant where we practice a fresh and traditional cuisine. Specialities: beef from Aubrac, veal from Aveyron, lamb from Ségala, stuffed cabbage, farçous, tripoux, aligot, truffade.
Our hotel-restaurant is located in Le Nayrac, 9 km from Estaing, in the heart of the flower-filled village and close to the Aubrac plateaus and dams.
Restaurant closed all day Saturday and Sunday evenings from October to April.
Closed for Christmas and New Year's Day.
