Son of a farmer, we have created this concept store in order to develop and promote local farmers, their products and thus promote our territory.
Much more than a restaurant, it is above all principles and values that you will find in our concept. In a setting as exotic as it is surprising, on the edge of the "Canyon de Bozouls", we offer you 3 terraces and 1 interior room to eat. At Avéron, you will be able to share 5 moments: breakfast, lunch, snack, aperitif and dinner. All this with of course products from Aveyron for the most part. All our dishes can be eaten on the spot or to take away
