Spirulina des Grands Causses is an aquaculture farm located at the foot of Larzac, in the South Aveyron. Céline and Chantal cultivate spirulina: an aquatic bacterium with exceptional nutritional properties.
Naturally rich in proteins, iron, fibers, vitamins and essential amino acids, spirulina fortifies the immune system and brings tonus, balance and vitality to daily life.
The Spirulina of the Grands Causses is cultivated in the respect of the natural cycles and the specifications Ecocert.
Sale on local markets: Millau (Friday morning, place Foch), Saint-Affrique (Saturday morning, place de la Mairie).
In stores: Millau (Biocoop "des Cascades", Biocoop "du Crès", "Au Marché Paysan" store) and in Saint-Affrique (Biocoop "Lou Cussou", Grocery store "Del Païs", "Nature etc" store).
