We transform most of our production into ready-to-eat dishes, cooked the same day in the village of Privezac. Our complete plates are inspired by the Mediterranean basin and Asia, the garden and our exchanges with our customers.
As market gardeners specializing in herbs, we choose varieties for their flavor in cooking.
We practice chemical-free farming and encourage biological regulation in our crops.
Our dishes are prepared the same day using our own produce and that of local organic producers. We also prepare the condiments, herbs and spices you'll find in our dishes.
