The Musée de Millau et des Grands Causses is a local museum located in the heart of the town, in a former 18th-century mansion. Various collections are on display.
Paleontology: various fossils, including the famous elasmosaur skeleton.
Prehistory: abundant furniture from the Paleolithic to the Neolithic.
Archaeology: the largest collection of vases from the Roman Empire, including pieces from the Graufesenque workshops.
Skins and Gloves: a film retraces a specific know-how rich in ancestral traditions and modern techniques for transforming skins. A reconstructed workshop shows the manufacture of gloves for both haute couture and city wear.
