Providence
We offer our house for rent by the week and exceptionally on request for shorter periods. Located near the center of St Geniez d'Olt, it is close to shops and hiking trails.
On the 1st floor, our house has a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a veranda giving access to the garden, which is very pleasant in all seasons (chairs, tables, deckchairs and barbecue are available in the garden shed). The comfortable living room with armchairs and sofa has a TV and CD player. We don't have WIFI, preferring to share our connection with our smartphones...
Finally, on the landing, a washbasin/WC.
A laundry room under the veranda, with washing machine, dryer and sink, is accessible from the garden.
On the second level, 2 bedrooms distributed around the staircase, one facing the street (quiet) with a 160cm bed, the other facing the garden (160cm bed, 2 x 80cm) with a shower room/WC on the landing
On the 3rd level, two skylight bedrooms also sharing a bathroom (shower/WC); on the street side, 1 bed 140; in the garden, 1 bed 90.
The house is very pleasant thanks to the natural and easy circulation between living room, kitchen, veranda and garden.
We also wanted to add an original and personal decorative touch.
For reasons of safety and comfort, we limit our capacity to 6 people.
Baby cot, high chair, bath and potty can be provided.
Linen is not provided on site.
For an additional 10 euros per person, a service provider will supply sheets and towels for the stay, subject to prior booking (please note: 10 euro charge for towels + sheets)
A 600-euro deposit check will be required when the keys are handed over. It will be returned according to the inventory of fixtures on departure.
A cleaning cheque for 100 euros will be required when the keys are handed over; it will also be returned according to the inventory of fixtures on departure.
If the tenant wishes a cleaning service, please specify this on the rental contract: fixed price of 100 euros
