Our gite has four bedrooms offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the first floor, you'll find a double bedroom (140cm), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you'll find two double bedrooms (140cm), a children's bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a bathroom with bathtub for all your relaxation needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine?
The living room is a convivial space with a fireplace (wood is provided and available in the house), a TV, a sitting area and a dining area. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house.
For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack and iron. A games room is also at your disposal, with a pool table, table soccer and ping-pong table.
Outside, you'll marvel at the breathtaking views over the Lot valley. The spacious garden is ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. You'll find comfortable garden furniture and an aperitif area for sharing convivial moments. Deckchairs are available for sunbathing, and you can also prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. A petanque area is available for relaxing afternoons of games.
Our house has two beautiful terraces: a sunny one for your morning breakfasts and a shady one for warm afternoons, perfect for enjoying a glass of local wine while admiring the scenery.
