This charming house will win you over with its warm atmosphere and magnificent wooded grounds, a veritable treasure trove of greenery. Ideally placed for exploring Najac, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Belcastel and the unspoilt landscapes of the Aveyron gorges. Between hiking, heritage and nature, it's the perfect place to take full advantage of Aveyron's authenticity.

Independent gîte on 3 levels.

First floor: 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens (5-burner gas hob, oven), fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, traditional and espresso coffee makers, blender, toaster, kettle, wood-burning stove, sofa, armchairs, TV, internet access-wifi), 2 separate WCs, laundry room (tumble dryer and washing machine), wellness room (infrared sauna, deckchairs).

1st floor: Bedroom 1 (2 x 90cm beds), Bedroom 2 (1 x 160cm bed), Bedroom 3 (1 x 160cm bed).

2nd floor: Bedroom 4 (2 beds 140), Bedroom 5 (1 bed 160).

All rooms have private bathroom and toilet.

Outside: Private grounds (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). Private parking lot.

Baby equipment on request. Bed linen (made up on arrival), towels provided, heating (electricity and wood) and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
