We welcome you all year round to our home in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses, a UNESCO World Heritage site and Natura 2000 site.
Relaxation and disconnection are the order of the day, with the river flowing peacefully below, offering calm and charm at the edge of a small village in the countryside.
This fully renovated house offers a breathtaking view of the Cirque du Brias.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas and electric stove + oven. New crockery and cutlery.
A living-dining room with two brand-new 90cm beds that double as a corner sofa during the day, and either a king-size bed or two single beds in the evening.
Two large bedrooms with brand-new bedding: one with a king-size bed, the other with a bed that can be converted into either a king-size bed or 2 or 3 single beds (for children, teenagers or friends).
The bathroom is equipped with a PMR shower and separate WC.
A reversible heat pump provides warmth in winter and coolness in summer. A pellet stove provides a comforting warmth in winter.
A large terrace and a veranda with a 140cm-wide BZ will let you enjoy the view of the Tournemire cirque.
A large fenced-in area of 2000 square meters means you can welcome your pets in complete safety.
All the amenities you need for your stay are in the village of Tournemire, just 600 meters away. The railway station, still in operation, allows you to arrive from anywhere.
Lovers of hiking and the great outdoors will be delighted to discover the many footpaths and hiking trails that start at the foot of the house and criss-cross the cirque and the famous Larzac plateau.
Just 5 km from the famous village of Roquefort, you can visit its distinctive cellars and taste its famous cheese. You can also kayak in the Tarn or Dourbie gorges, or swim at the Raspes de Saint-Rome-de-Tarn.
