In the heart of a green setting. This apartment is located in the popular "château" district of Bozouls. The castle appears to have existed as early as the 9th century, and was one of the possessions of the Counts of Rodez. Today, nothing remains of the castle, but the old village is still called "le château". It stands above the canyon (a geological curiosity 400 m in diameter and 100 m deep) and is part of a site classified as a sensitive natural area.
The accommodation
Relax and unwind in this unique, tranquil dwelling with its atypical wood-frame architecture, metal cladding and dry-stone gables. Both bold and modest, it offers a warm, relaxing atmosphere thanks to its choice of natural materials. It features all the technological equipment required today. A video projector promises movie nights on outdoor sofas, or winter evenings indoors. Le Dourdou is air-conditioned.
Traveler access: Travelers will have access to the entire dwelling, the front garden and the back patio. Inspired by Nordic traditions, the sauna in the garden will help you relax both body and mind.
Other notes: Please remove all used linen, take out the rubbish and turn off the heating when you leave.
