Welcome to the " City " gîte located in a hamlet, between Espalion, Gabriac and Bozouls, at the foot of the Aubrac.
Pleasant single-storey gîte, ideal for 2 couples or a couple with 2 children + a baby. You'll appreciate its geographical location, ideally situated at the heart of the region's activities.
Swimming pool (open from June 01 to September 30) and garden can be shared with a second gîte.
This modern-looking, recently-built dwelling will be your favorite as soon as you arrive in this small hamlet of just a few dwellings, in the heart of nature and very quiet. Adjoining the owners' house, it offers a very pleasant living environment.
The 55m² dwelling has a private 20m² terrace and a large, accessible 1000m² garden.
It features a kitchen/living area, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
In the living room, you'll appreciate: WIFI internet access, HDTV, sofa.
In the open-plan kitchen, you'll find all the equipment you need, including: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, plenty of crockery, tea towels.
In the bathroom: 1 vanity unit with storage space, walk-in shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, towels (large and small).
The WC is independent and also houses the washing machine.
Bedding: in the master bedroom, a king-size bed (160 x 200) with storage cupboard, wall-mounted TV. In the second bedroom, two single beds (90 x 200), which can be twinned, storage cupboard. Umbrella bed. Comforters, pillows, bed linen and undersheets provided.
