Circuit de Decazeville
We invite you to come and discover and admire the atypical charm of the landscapes of the Decazeville-Aubin Basin; vast areas rich in history where industrial and cultural heritage is mixed. Convergence point of the Midi-Pyrénées and Auvergne regions, the basin is located in the west of the department of Aveyron. Crossroads of contrasts, our territory is an invitation to discovery, to the pleasures of the table, to conviviality and authenticity. As you travel along the Lot, taste local products, change your pace, plunge into well-being, and discover the history of mankind. A detour that will be appreciated by nature lovers, spaces offering serenity and relaxation. You will be surprised by the beauty of the sites which will plunge you into a region offering a diversity of assets as surprising as each other. You will then follow a "recognised path", the one leading to Santiago de Compostela, which is now very popular with pilgrims and hikers. Then, you will leave the basin to join our famous Lot Valley, a small detour highly recommended for walkers who like to stroll along the rivers. Stop at Saint-Parthem, a charming little village, to discover the river house. This lively scenographic space for young and old is dedicated to the river Lot.
